If you don?t know who Bethenny Frankel is, then you?ve been more or less living under a rock. Bethenny is a TV personality, New York Times bestselling author, entrepreneur, natural foods chef, business mogul, and millionaire. Bethenny is a lot of things, but her most important job is being a mother?an incredibly toned and fit mom at that. To figure out how Bethenny stays lean and builds muscle while being an INCREDIBLY busy mom, we?ve called on one of her personal trainers, Kristin McGee

Kristin has appeared on CNN, FOX, the CBS Morning Show, ABC?s Good Morning America, The Tyra Banks Show, and the Isaac Mizrahi Show. Her clients have included celebrities such as Steve Martin, Tina Fey, Ben and Christine Stiller, LeAnn Rimes, and Erin Heatherton just to name a few. She is Contributing Yoga and Fitness Editor for Health Magazine. She is also Fila?s Yoga Ambassador and the Pilates Power Gym guest host on The Home Shopping Network. Kristin?s acting degree and love of fitness has led her to some incredible opportunities such as playing Kaitlin, the yogaerobics instructor on NBC?s 30 Rock and creating and staring in over 90 yoga and Pilates DVDs including MTV?s yoga and Pilates series. Kristin just launched her own APP as well available on?iTunes.

When asked about Bethenny?s healthy lifestyle, Kristin shared ?Bethenny Frankel has a killer body, but one thing that always stands out, is her toned arms. She really does have amazing arms and it?s not just from holding the weight of the world on her shoulders (how on earth she does it all is beyond me!). Bethenny eats a well rounded healthy diet and stays consistent with her yoga practice. Even if she just gets 30 to 40 minutes in of a yoga DVD a few days a week, it helps her maintain her figure and stay calm and centered. Stress can be a huge factor in weight gain and Bethenny knows how to manage her stress.?
