The Chamber of Real Estate & Builders? Associations, Inc. (CREBA) will open its course entitled ?Real Estate Laws and Regulations? in partnership with the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde School of Professional and Continuing Education (SPACE) on January 12, 2013.
This was announced by CREBA National President Charlie A. V. Gorayeb and Professor Roque A. Magno, vice-president for academic affairs. Atty. Ernesto C. Perez is course director.
The course is the second of six modules under the full-year Diploma Program in Real Estate Management which will include topics on Doctrines on Land Ownership; Limitations on the Right to Ownership; Magna Carta for Homeowners Association & Resolution of Intra-Corporate Disputes; Land Registration Systems: Titles, Patents & Deeds; Taxation on Real Estate Transactions; Real Estate Development Laws; ?Legal Aspects of Joint Ventures; HLURB Jurisdiction, Registration, Adjudication, Monitoring & Clearances; Local Government Code: Town Planning & Zoning; Contracts & Real Estate Forms; Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law & CARP; and Registration of Land Transactions at LRA/RD.?
It will run for six Saturdays until February 16. Classes will be held from 1:00 to 7:30pm at the 9th floor of the Angelo King International Conference Center located along Arellano corner Estrada Street in Malate, Manila.
